Ways to Order

In order to contact us directly please give us a call. If you get voice mail please leave your order (with your telephone number) and we’ll call you back when we get the message in order to confirm the order and get Credit Card information.

Payment Terms: All orders are shipped prepaid by Major Credit Card. We gladly accept: American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. We do not accept C.O.D. orders or Personal Checks. In cases where a Credit Card is not available call us for a quote, and you can send a Money Order.

Government purchase orders are gladly accepted.

Orders shipped within CT will incur 6.35% for State Sales Tax.

International Orders: We only accept payment via a direct Bank Wire Transfer. There is a $45.00 surcharge added to each order to cover the bank fees associated with wire transfers. Products must be paid in full prior to shipment for all International orders.

We do all we can to hold our prices, although we reserve the right to change prices without notice. If we receive your order and an item’s price has changed, we’ll contact you before items are shipped, to allow you to make the final decision on whether you want the item(s).


Packing and Shipping your Order:

We make every effort to process, pack and ship your order within one business day from receipt. If an item is not in stock you will be contacted concerning how long your order will take to ship. Once the item is back in stock it will be shipped out immediately, unless otherwise specified.

For Expedited Shipping Methods: Day count for delivery is calculated for Business Days and does not count weekend days. Pick-up day is not included in the day count.

Shipping Outside the U.S.:

Orders will be quoted at current rates. Any special handling costs or shipping fees will be added to your order.

Please note: International customers are directly responsible for any and all duties and fees levied by the country of destination, for product delivery. No refunds or returns allowed on international shipments.


Damage Inspection:

It’s important that you inspect all of the packaging and items delivered immediately upon receipt. Although very rare, packaging and items may be damaged during shipment. If you find any item damaged, contact us immediately by calling 860-653-6933. You must keep damaged items and original packaging for refund or replacement. Discarding original packaging will void refund.

Returns:

Should you decide to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 860-653-6933 for return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packing for refund or exchange. Returns for refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee may be charged. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. (No returns/refunds on Baits & Lures or Reference materials)
